  • Deliver your request to one or more contractors depending on the lead type
  • Send you a confirmation of your submission via SMS or email

3. Lead Distribution and Your Consent

When you submit a form through BetterHomeQuotes, you consent to having your information shared with one or more licensed home service contractors for the purpose of receiving quotes, estimates, and follow-up communications related to your service request.

By submitting the form, you expressly agree to be contacted by phone, email, and SMS by contractors who receive your information, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase.

We reserve the right to share your information with more than one contractor depending on the lead type selected by the contractor. Contractors who purchase exclusive leads receive that lead exclusively; contractors who purchase non-exclusive leads acknowledge that the same information may be shared with a limited number of other contractors.

We also reserve the right to resell or redistribute lead information that has not been closed within 30 days to additional contractors or third-party buyers.

4. TCPA Consent and Communications

By submitting your information through BetterHomeQuotes, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and from contractors who receive your information via telephone (including automated or prerecorded calls), SMS and text messages (including automated messages), and email. This consent applies even if your number appears on a Do Not Call registry.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, following the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us at [email protected].
